Hello hello! I'm currently working on getting together my accessories for my three, count 'em THREE, bookshelves I ordered from the fabulous Target! So I was unpacking some of my wedding decor and found these beauties:
(the gold wood letters)
I figured they could be used for something. Then it hit me! The ampersand would be perfect for my gallery wall and the letters would make a great addition to our nightstands! But, like many things I'm re-purposing, they needed a little creative touch to make them special. So I got my sand on:
I roughed 'em up lightly with a fine sanding block, then grabbed my spray paint and let her rip!
Project Breakdown:
Wood letters, $10 each from Hobby Lobby, bought at 50% off=$15 for wedding, FREE re-purposed as home decor
Black spray paint, already owned
Sanding block, $2
=$2! Love!
